The booking page in RentalReady gathers all information related to a traveler’s booking: its details, stay dates, financial data, and the actions you can take. It’s your control center.
This guide explains each section of the page and the available actions.

Accessing the Booking Page
From the main menu, go to Bookings > All Bookings
Click on the desired booking to open its detailed page
You can also go directly to your property > calendar > click on the desired booking > then on its ID (the unique number identifying each booking).
Sections of the Booking Page
On the booking page, you will find your booking ID at the top, along with the property name (clickable link). The different sections are presented at the top: summary, general, communication, tasks, finances, and tickets (if any).
You can perform a number of quick actions directly from the top of the booking page (clickable links to related articles):
- view the booking and conversation history
- open a ticket
- add a task
- download a document
- blacklist the traveler
- search for a similar available property
- move a booking
- transfer the booking
- cancel the booking or request cancellation (booking reservation)
- payment link
- distribute received funds
- move the payment
Summary
The very first section is a summary of the booking (see screenshot above). You will find the arrival and departure dates, traveler’s name, amount, booking creation date, and its origin (manual creation by a staff user as shown in the screenshot, or from platforms)
General
This part is made up of 6 subsections:
Traveler: all information related to your traveler; click “show details” for a more complete view
Booking: you will find the booking platform, the total amount paid by the traveler, and the link to the listing
Comment: view and manage traveler comments as well as Airbnb host comments
Check-in Instructions: how your property is set up (self check-in or physical) and the codes you have entered either manually in the general tab (wallet > property > edit > general tab) or automatically generated with a key box or smart lock
Additional Sales: green checkmarks indicate options available concerning additional sales and black crosses indicate those that are not possible.

Communication
On the left, in the “notifications” section, you can access the traveler’s space. This gives you an overview of what the traveler will see.
In this section, on the right, you will find all automatic messages sent or scheduled to be sent to the traveler. You can also manually trigger sending with “send now.” If you do, the name of the staff user who performed this action will appear along with the date and time the message was sent.
Tasks
You will find all tasks generated during the traveler’s booking. Including the task ID, which is clickable and directs you to its page.
Directly from this section, you can assign or change the agent, cancel, and modify the task.

Finance
You will find the various financial elements related to the booking:
traveler invoices and commission invoices (“invoices, receipts, certificates”)
financial data details explained in this article
payments made with the option to manually record a payment
the ability to create a payment link to send to the traveler (related article)
payment adjustments (related article)
Tickets
You will find all tickets opened concerning this booking. Including the ticket ID, which is clickable and directs you to its page.
Tickets allow you to manage property issues and maintenance.
