In the property page, click on the calendar tab.
Click then on create new reservation, on top of the monthly calendar.
Fill in the form and complete all the mandatory fields.
General
Fill in the general reservation information:
- Reservation dates
- Number of adults, children and infants
- Number of pets
- Reservation platform
N.B.: Infants and pets are informative data only, they are not taken into number of guests.
Guest information
If the guest is a recurring client, you can write his/heremail address to pre-fill the reservation.
If not, fill in the guest information:
- First and last name
- Personal email address
- Phone number
- Language
- Arrival time if necessary
Finance
The reservation's financial data can be either filled in manually or automatically, according to the daily rates in the property calendar.
In order to automate the calculation, select the dates of stay in the reservation dates field, then scroll up to the top of the page and tick the box apply default values.
You can then fill in the field cleaning fee with the amount to be charged for the invoiced cleaning fee to the owner.
Select the guest preferred language in the language field. The guest email templates will reflect the choice.
Reservation comments
You can add any specific comment you need for the reservation you are creating:
- check-in, check-out and cleaning internal comment: any comment according to the reservation mission, comment will be displayed on corresponding dashboard, only visible by staff users
- check-in, check-out and cleaning external comment: any comment according to the reservation mission, comment will be displayed on corresponding dashboard, visible by staff users and agents assigned to this reservation's mission
- reservation comment: any comment about the reservation, only visible by staff users
Once you have completed the form, click on Create reservation to create the reservation.
