The available properties page helps you find properties in your portfolio that are available according to criterias you choose.
Define your criterias
From the main menu, go to Portfolio > Available properties
You can use the filters to define your criterias to find the perfect fit.
By default:
- the selected days are today's date
- the number of bedroom and bathroom is 1
- the properties not matching the minimum stay requirement for the selected days are hidden. Click on the option to show all available properties despite min.stay
Manage results
List of available properties
Once you have the list of available properties, you can:
- sort results by price or distance
- copy the specifities of each property from the list

Each available property
Then, on each available property, you can:
- go to property page
- go to Airbnb platform listing (or copy link)
- check property specifities
- check previous check-out and cleaning missions
- check if a ticket is open on the property
- copy the property specifities
- create a reservation
Similar property search
From any reservation details page, you can search for similar available property.
Click on Actions > Search for similar available property
It will open the Available properties page with pre-filled filters (dates, number of guests, number of bedroom and bathroom).
