Overview
Cancellation policies allow you to let guests know under what conditions they can cancel their reservation.
It can also protect you from potential loss of revenue.
Cancellation policies differ from one reservation platform to another.
On RentalReady, you can set a general cancellation policy (also called “default”) that will apply to all reservations platforms, or set a different one for each platform.
Set up a general cancellation policy
From the property page, click on Edit property
Go to the Platforms tab > Reservations parameters
Select the cancellation policy from the drop-down menu
Click on save to apply the cancellation policy to the property

Select the reservation platform you wish to modify
