From the main menu, go to Configuration > Offices
You will see all your offices and some of their settings (currency, default VAR rate etc).
N.B.: inactive offices have the INACTIVE mention in their description.
From this page, you can make office-level configurations that will automatically apply to all properties within that office.
On the last column Actions, click on ... to manage the settings below.

Extra Fees Rules
Manage extra fees that will be applied on reservation platfoms.
The changes will automatically be applied on all new properties created under that office.
To apply the fees to existing properties, click on Actions > Apply extra fee rules to existing rentals.
Property Onboarding Form
Manage the amenities that will be available in the Property Onboarding Form.
The changes will apply to all future onboarding forms generated under the relevant office.
Amenities
Manage properties amenities from the tabs.
Preselected
Manage preselected amenities to automatically preselect amenities when creating a property under the office.
Suggested
Manage suggested amenities to draw attention to certain amenities when creating a property under the office.
When an amenity is marked as suggested at office level, it is not automatically selected on new properties created under the office but it will be suggested with an *
Highlighted
Manage highlighted amenities to ensure that certain amenities are always included for all properties created within their office. When an amenity is marked as highlighted at office level, when the amenity is selected on the property, it will be added into a new category called Highlighted (on top of the page).
Guest space & guest form
Manage guest space and guest forms settings from the tabs.
Guest Space
Select what you want to display on guest space and save.
Pre Check-in form
Activate or deactivate the form.
Select what you want to display and what's mandatory on the pre check-in form, then save.
Guest registration form
Activate or deactivate the guest registration form.
Select if you want to go through SIBA or Chekin (if Chekin, you must activate integration first).
Select if you want to send the registration manually or automatically, then save.
Rental Agreement
Edit the content of your rental agreement
Guest Notification Triggers
Manage the reminder settings for guest payments related to downpayment and mid-term.
The number of days before the due date is defined to trigger the sending of the corresponding guest notification.
The changes will apply to all future reservations with a downpayment or mid-term under the relevant office.
Conversation Flags
Manage conversation flags that will appear in the Unified Inbox.
