You can set additional rate rules in order to refine your revenue strategy, alongside the pricing algorithm (or any other dynamic pricing tool your properties are connected to) and the midterm rates.
List of rules

| Early bird discount | Apply a variation to the daily rate in accordance with the selected period your property is booked ahead of time - must be a multiple of 28 or 30 |

| Stay at least | Apply a variation to the daily rate in accordance with the length of stay (i.e. weekly or monthly discounts, etc.) |
| Stay shorter than | Apply a variation to the daily rate if the reservation is shorter than X number of nights |
| Additional person fixed per night | Extra price per night for any additional guest above X people |
Create rate rules
Property level
From the property page, click on Options > Pricing settings > Rate rules
Click on create rate rule
Select the rate rule you want to apply, fill in the form then click on submit
N.B.: make sure not to create conflicting rate rules. This could potentially disrupt the sync with the pricing algorithm.
After creating the Rate Rules, click Actions > Apply promotions to all rentals
The changes will apply to all properties under the relevant office.
Office level
If you wish to apply the rate rules to all your properties at once, you can do it from your office settings.
Rate rules will then be automatically applied to all new properties you create in RentalReady only if you click on “Synchronize with rentals
N.B.: Price rules will be automatically applied to all existing properties within the office only if you click on Sync to rentals
Manage rules
In order to edit an existing rule, go to the rate rules page and click on edit in the actions column.
Click on submit to save your changes.
To apply the change to all properties under the office, click on Sync to rentals
