N.B.: please note you can't manage the daily rates via RentalReady if you're using third party dynamic pricing tools, like Beyond Pricing or PriceLabs
How to set custom rates
The daily rates set by the pricing algorithm can be manually overridden and replaced with a different amount.
- In the property's calendar page, select the date(s) for whom you want to edit the daily rate(s)
- In the pop-up window, click on the update the price tab
- Select the option custom price, then fill in the desired amount in the blank field
- Add a note if necessary (N.B.: if you want this field to be mandatory, please contact RentalReady support)
- Click on update to save the changes
The daily rate calculated by the pricing algorithm will be replaced by the new custom rate.
N.B.: the price markup will be added on top of the custom rate to generate the final price on the platforms
Cancel the custom rate
In order to cancel a custom rate applied on a certain date, follow the same process as above, then:
- In the update the price tab, select the option 'Property Manager' computed price
- Click on update to save the changes
The custom rate will be deleted and replaced by the original price calculated by the pricing algorithm.
