Overview
All reservation platforms apply a fixed commission to each reservation.
In order to cover the cost of the platform commission, RentalReady allows you to apply an additional markup to the daily rate.
Here's the list of the commission rates each platform applies:

* The platform doesn't allow the shared-scheme at 3% when the account is connected to a channel manager, unless it's an Airbnb Plus listing
Set up markups
In order to update the markup on your listings, go to your property page
Click on Edit property
Go to Price tab > Markups section
The price markup is expressed in percentage, value is between -100 and 200.
N.B.: The price markup section will only be display 3 hours after property activation
How markups work
On the RentalReady property calendar, the daily rate is without price markup.
Here's an example of a markup on Airbnb:
On RentalReady, from March 14 to 16, the total daily rate without the markup is €106.
We can see on the corresponding Airbnb listing that an 18% mark-up has been applied, with the total daily rates rising from €106 to €125 on the platform.
Manage markups
You can find all your markups in the Platform markups dahsboard.
From the main menu, go to Configuration > Platform Markups
You can refine your search by applying the filters at the top of the page
From this dashboard, you will be able to:
- check all your price markups
- export all your price markups
