The mailbox centralizes communication between guests and the property manager.
It includes messages sent by guests, by the system (guest notifications) and by staff users.
The mailbox is synchronized with reservation platforms inboxes connected to RentalReady.
You can access the mailbox from the main menu > Mailbox
You can access the reservation conversation from the reservation page > Mailbox.
Categories and filters
Categories
Conversations are automatically sorted according to reservation status:
| Category | Reservation status |
| All | All closed conversations |
| Pre-approvals | The guest has made a reservation request |
| Arrival today | The guest arrives today |
| Arrival tomorrow | The guest arrives tomorrow |
| Departure today | The guest leaves today |
| Ongoing bookings | The guest is staying at the property |
| Future bookings | The guest has not yet arrived |
| Past bookings | The guest has left |
Conversations can also be sorted manually according to the action to be done:
| Category | Action |
| Marked as priority | The conversation is a priority |
| Snoozed | The conversation will be dealt with later |
| VIP guests | Guest is marked as VIP (inactive) |
| Flags color | The conversation will be dealt according to the flag color assign to it |
The number in front of each category corresponds to the number of open conversations.
Filters
You can refine the display of conversations in the mailbox by filtering by :
- office
- guest language
- other
Conversation list
Click on the desired category to display the conversations in that category.
Sort conversations
By default, conversations are displayed in descending order. You can change this order :
- by time of arrival
- by importance
- by message arrival
Search conversation
You can also search for a specific conversation by entering the guest's name, reservation ID or property ID in the search bar.

Several badges give you information about the reservation:
Reservation platform
First reservation on the property
Property's premium class
Flag assigned to the conversation
The arrow indicates an incoming message
Conversation
Click on the desired conversation in the search bar to display messages exchanged with the guest, as well as the section to send a message.

Once on the conversation, the menu tab displays all useful information concerning the reservation, the guest and the property.

Here you'll find the property calendar.

This is where you'll find the list of guest notifications and the automatic Airbnb review.
You can :
- see the date each notification was sent
- send/resend a notification
- deactivate automatic notification
- cancel the automatic Airbnb review.
Tickets
Here you'll find a list of open tickets for the property.
You can :
- access any open tickets
- open a ticket
- add a mission
Office policy
This is where you'll find a list of your office policies.
