Quick replies are messages templates that you can send to guest within the unified mailbox.
There are usually used to reply to common questions from guests: cancellations, additional services, invoice request, arrival and departure conditions, apartment or neighborhood specifities, etc.
Set up quick replies
Saved replies are customizable at office level.

It is possible to use same variables from guest notifications in the quick replies.
Send quick replies
From any guest conversation in the mailbox
Go to the message writing section, click on quick replies button
N.B.: You can only see the quick replies setup for the guest langague, for the office of the property booked and in the category where the conversation is stored.
You can:
- search for the quick reply you want
- view the quick reply to display full message
- insert the quick reply to send it to guest
When you add the quick reply, you can edit the content if you wish, and send it to the guest.
