All quick replies templates in the mailbox are grouped together on a single page.
From the main menu, go to Configuration > Templates
Go to the Quick Replies tab
You can refine your search using the filters at the top of the page.
Create a reply
From the main menu, go to Configuration > Template
Go to the Quick Replies tab
Click on Add new
Fill in the form:
- Add a name to the quick reply. This name will be displayed in the list of quick replies in the mailbox.
- Select the language for the quick reply. The quick reply will appear in the mailbox only if the language of the reply template matches the guest's language.
- Select the office(s) associated with the quick reply. The quick reply will appear in the mailbox only if the office in the reply template matches the office associated with the property booked.
- Select the conversation category(ies) associated with the quick reply. The quick reply will appear in the mailbox only if the reply template category matches the category in which the conversation is located.
- Enable the quick reply to display it in the mailbox
- Write the text of the quick reply template. You can use the same variables as for guest notifications in the content of quick replies.
Once you have completed the form, click on save changes to create the quick reply.
Edit a reply
From the main menu, go to Configuration > Templates
Go to the Quick Replies tab
Select the reply you wish to modify from the list of replies displayed, click on “...” then Edit
Edit what you need in the form
Click on save changes to edit the quick reply
Disable a reply
From the main menu, go to Configuration > Templates
Go to the Quick Replies tab
Select the reply you wish to modify from the list of replies displayed, click on “...” then Disable
The quick reply will no longer be displayed in the mailbox.
You can always reactivate it at any time by clicking on “...” then Enable.
Remove a reply
From the main menu, go to Configuration > Templates
Go to the Quick Replies tab
Select the reply you wish to modify from the list of replies displayed, click on “...” then Remove
This action is irrevocable.
