Mailbox flags allow you to categorize some guest conversations in the mailbox.
Edit flags
Flags are created by default on your account with these colours:
- Violet
- Blue
- Pink
- Yellow
- Green
- Orange
N.B.: you cannot add any more flags than these
Rename flags
You can rename the flags to correspond to a category instead of a colour.
From the main menu, go to Configuration > Mailbox flags
Click on Rename
Enter the name
Click on Save
Revert to default color
You can revert back to the colour name instead of the renaming
From the main menu, go to Configuration > Mailbox flags
Click on Rename
Click on Set to default
The rename will be removed and replaced by the default colour name.
Flags management
Office
You can choose to display tags you need for specific offices from the office settings.
Mailbox
On the mailbox, you can assign a flag to a guest conversation to categorise it.
From the conversation, click on the flag icon and select the one you want.
You can manage your flagged conversations from the left menu:
