Maia is a HomeReady assistant that automates ticket management.
Thanks to artificial intelligence, Maia automatically creates tickets from mailbox messages and guest reviews.
There are two creation modes:
- Training mode: Maia generates a ticket but doesn´t create it on the dashboard
- Production mode: Maia generates a ticket and creates it on the dashboard
Activate Maia
If you are already using Maia - Mailbox assistant, Maia - Ticket assistant is automatically activated. You can configure it now.
If you are not using Maia - Mailbox assistant, please contact RentalReady support to activate Maia - Ticket assistant, and provide them with the offices for which you want to activate Maia.
Pricing
The configuration of Maia is free.
The use of Maia - Ticket assistant and/or Maia - Mailbox assistant is charged a total of five euros (€5) excluding taxes (HT) per property per month.
