Maia is an inbox assistant that automates guest communication.
Thanks to artificial intelligence, Maia generates a reply, in the guest language, within teh delay you wish of receiving a message in the inbox.
There are two response modes:
- Training mode: Maia generates a response but does not send it to the guest
- Production mode: Maia generates a response and sends it to the guest
Maia has the ability to:
- flag a conversation when your team’s intervention is needed
- create a HomeReady ticket from the conversation (not available yet)
- chase guest if he has not booked after pre-approval
- suggest upsells to guests
- manage stay extansion when guest request it
- read listing photos to answer visual questions
Activate Maia
Before activating Maia - Mailbox assistant, you must:
- Fill in your properties with as much detail as possible (access, amenities, etc.)
- Create/complete your office policies with as much detail as possible
Contact RentalReady support to activate Maia - Mailbox assistant, and provide them with:
- the offices for which you want to activate Maia
- all settings you want to put in place for each office
Pricing
The configuration of Maia is free.
The use of Maia - Ticket assistant and/or Maia - Mailbox assistant is charged a total of five euros (€5) excluding taxes (HT) per property per month.
