Once you set up Maia, you can then manage it.
Audit Maia actions
From the main menu, go to AI Suite > Mailbox assistant
Go to Audit tab
You can refine your search using the filters on the top of the page
You can find each guest message as well as the action performed by Maia.
By default, only Maia’s action is displayed. If you want to see the guest message that triggered Maia’s action, click on View message
You can also:
Open the mailbox
Report (please note: no logic is currently connected to this button)
Go to the reservation page
Go to the property page
Take over Maia
You can take back control of guest communication on any reservation at any time.
From the guest conversation, on the right menu, go to Automation
Untick Allow automatic AI reply
You can now manage the guest conversation yourself.
Once your action is completed, check Allow AI automatic replies again if you want Maia to resume communication.
