Once you set up Maia, you can then manage it.
Audit Maia actions
From the main menu, go to AI Suite > Ticket assistant
Go to Audit tab
You can refine your search using the filters on the top of the page
The page displays Maia's attempts to create tickets that may or may not result in a ticket being created (based on the mode you selected).
When a ticket was created you can see the ticket status, ticket assignees and ticket category.
You can also:
- Go to the reservation page
- Go to the property page
- Open the ticket
- Open the review or open the mailbox
