In order to receive payouts for reservations, you need to add a payout method on reservations platforms (OTAs).
The process changes according to the platform on which you published your listing.
RentalReady payment system account details
If you subscribed to RentalReady payment system, you must set up on OTAs the bank account details you will find from the owner page on RentalReady, in the Stripe account details section
N.B.: Please note these bank details are only displayed once the RentalReady property is activated.
Airbnb
Log in to the Airbnb account where the listing is published.
Click on Swicth to hosting.
Click on the account profile photo, then go to Account > Payments
Go to tab Payouts
Add payout method
Click on Add/Set up payouts button and complete the form:
- Select your billing country and the payout method
- Add the bank account holder
- Add the bank account info
- Add the address
- Select this payout method as default one (only if listings published on this account have to be paid on these unique bank details)
The new payout method will be then submitted for verification. Airbnb will send you an email once it will be ready to get paid and "prending" status will disappear.
N.B: if you subscribed to RentalReady payment system, make sure to follow these special instructions:
- Billing country: must be United Kingdom (for property managers based in the UK), must be France (for IBAN starting with "FR")
- How you would like to get paid: must be bank transfer/bank account
- Bank account holder: must be owner details
- Bank account info: must be owner Stripe account details
Add routing rules
If you have an Airbnb group account with several listings, you can have multiple payout methods and use routing rules to redirect payouts from listings to correct payout method.
Click on Add routing rule button and complete the form:
- Select the listing
- Select the payout method corresponding to the listing selected
- Split must be 100% routed to Stripe IBAN if you subscribed to RentalReady payment system
N.B: The routing rule will be applied only on reservations payouts issued by Airbnb after the creation of the routing rule.
Booking.com
Log in to the Booking.com extranet where the listing is published.
Go to the Booking.com listing you want to add payouts for
Go to Finance > Bank details/Recieiving payouts from Booking.com
Click on Add/Edit bank details button and complete the form:
- Add bank account holder name
- Add bank details
N.B: if you subscribed to RentalReady payment system, make sure to follow these special instructions:
- Payout method: activate Payment by Booking.com service
- Frequency of payouts: by week
- Bank account holder: must be owner fullname
- Bank details: must be owner Stripe account details
Vrbo, Book.GuestReady, Direct booking website
You don't have to do nothing for these reservations platforms as they don't manage guest payments.
