Edit a property - Price

On the property page, click on Edit

Go to Price

N.B.: if you don't click on save at the end of the section, you will potentially lose all the filled in information when moving to the following tab. Before that, RentalReady will show you a reminder of the unsaved sections.

 

On this tab, you can configure pricing strategy for the property.

 

Pricing

  • Pricing system used for the property is automatically set up, you can not change it from here
  • By default, the pricing algorithm is the one setup on the office to which the property is connected. You can change it by selecting the algorithm you want from the list. 

  • Add the prices that will be applied to the calendar

    Base price The pricing algorithm factors will be applied to this value to create the daily rates
    Maximum price The daily rates won't surpass the limit set on this field
    Minimum price This value will override the daily rate in case its price is lower than the amount set on this field

    N.B.: the base and minimum price fields are mandatory (even if you the property is connected to an external tool like Pricelabs or Beyond Pricing), while the maximum price can be left empty

  • Indicate Price per extra person, this price will be paid per day for each guest exceeding the number of authorized guests
  • Add a minimum stay (minimum number of days for one stay)
  • Add a minimum legal stay, it will be default to 1 and must always be inferior or equal to minimum stay
  • Add a maximum stay (maximum number of days for one stay)
  • Add a mid-term factor, if necessary. Value is expressed between 0 and 1 (1 as 100%) of the daily rate amount to calculate the automated midterm rates 
  • Select a percentage if you want to apply a discount on Airbnb for non-refundable rates
  • Tick or untick the pricing algorithm factors you want to enable/disable on the property
    N.B.: you can also enable/disable the factors in the property calendar page

Create, update or remove extra fees for this property.

 

Markups

Update markups of the property if necessary

 

Downpayments

Update downpayment of the property if necessary
