On the property page, click on Edit
Go to Missions
N.B.: if you don't click on save at the end of the section, you will potentially lose all the filled in information when moving to the following tab. Before that, RentalReady will show you a reminder of the unsaved sections.
On this tab, you can configure missions, and add instructions specific to the property and to a mission type.
N.B.: General instructions common to all properties usually are configured in checklists.
Check-in missions
- Indicate Check-in instructions, if something specific needs to be done in the property during the check-in
- Add a Permanent external check-in comment if necessary. This comment will be displayed in check-in dashboard and for check-in agents
- Add a Permanent internal check-in comment if necessary. This comment will be displayed in check-in dashboard. It won't be displayed to agents
- Select a Default check-in agent who will be assigned to all check-in assignments for this property, if necessary
N.B.: Only one agent can be selected as a Default check-in agent
N.B.: Select the CHECK-IN SELF agent as the default check-in agent if the property is self check-in always
Cleaning missions
- Indicate Cleaning instructions, if something specific needs to be done in the property during the cleaning
- Indicate Cleaning instructions when the owner is coming back, if something specific needs to be done when the owner returns to the property
- Add the cleaning duration, expressed in minutes
- Add a Permanent external check-in comment if necessary. This comment will be displayed in the cleaning dashboard and to the cleaning agent
- Add a Permanent internal check-in comment if necessary. This comment will be displayed in the cleaning dashboard and to the cleaning agent
- Add a Default cleaning agent who will be assigned to all cleaning missions for this property, if necessary
N.B.: Only one agent can be selected as a Default cleaning agent
Check-out missions
- Select Yes if you want check-out missions to be generated automatically for each reservation. This option will not be taken into account if it is not activated at the office level
- Indicate check-out instructions if anything specific needs to be done for this property upon check-out
- Select a default check-out agent who will be assigned to all check-out missions for this property, if necessary
N.B.: Only one agent can be selected as a Default check-out agent
Extra missions
- Add a Permanent external extra comment if necessary. This comment will be displayed in the extra dashboard and to the agent
- Add a Permanent internal extra comment if necessary. This comment will be displayed in the extra dashboard and to the extra agent
- Add a Default extra agent who will be assigned to all extra missions for this property, if necessary
N.B.: Only one agent can be selected as a Default extra agent
Upselling
After creating upselling options, choose the configuration to apply on the property.
Smart Scheduler
After creating smart scheduler, schedule a recurring mission.
- Click on Schedule recurring mission
- Select the mission template
- Select the recurrence
- Select an agent if you want the same agent to always do the missions, otherwise leave it empty
- Add a starting date and time. The first mission will be generated on this exact date and time
- Click on save
Then you can:
- Enable/Disable for this property
- Add a custom date
- Delete the recurring mission
- Schedule another recurring mission

Choose if Maintenance is allowed on the property
