On the property page, click on Edit
Go to General tab
General
- The first field is the property's contract ID number. This can't be edited as it's automatically assigned by RentalReady to name the property.
- Add an internal name for the property. The properties are named on RentalReady in the form 'contract ID number - internal name'
- The address field is connected to the Google Maps database. Start typing the property address to find automated suggestions. Click on the correct one once it's visible in the list.
- Add country and city
- The neighbourhood field is only available upon request and can be shown in the mission dashboards. Provide the list of neighbourhoods to the support team in order to be added to your office.
- Add the Post code
- Add the Hotel name as it appears on Booking.com. If you have a multi-unit listings, you can choose a global name for the hotel on Booking.com.
N.B : Please note that this field should not contain emojis - Leave the field GuestReady commission for property manager empty
Contract information
- Select the the owner's name of the property form the drop-down list
- Set the property manager short-term commission rate applied to all reservations. This is expressed in percentage values between 0 and 1, with 1 intended as 100% (i.e. for 25%, set 0.25)
- Mention the date from which the short-term commission rate will be valid. If the short-term commission rate is changed, then all short-term reservations starting after the specified date will have their commission rate overwritten.
- Set the property manager Mid-term commission rate applied to all reservations. This is expressed in percentage values between 0 and 1, with 1 intended as 100% (i.e. for 25%, set 0.25)
- Mention the date from which the mid-term commission rate will be valid. If the mid-term commission rate is changed, then all mid-term reservations starting after the specified date will have their commission rate overwritten. Please also note that this rate will only apply to reservations of 30 days or more.
N.B: the number of nights applied for the midterm is by default 30. It is possible to customize it at office level. Contact RentalReady Support to modify it - Add contract. This field is to be added manually. Do not fill it if the property was created with Dropbox Sign Contract
- Mention the start date of the contrat on Contract started at. This field is to be added manually. Do not fill it if the property was created with Dropbox Sign Contract
- Mention the end date of the contrat on Contract terminated at. This field is to be added manually. Do not fill it if the property was created with Dropbox Sign Contract
- Add the start date of the commission rate on Commission rate valid from
- Set a minimum commission, if applicable. This amount, expressed in the currency set at office level, will replace the calculation made by the commission rate if the result is lower than the value set on this field (i.e. for a reservation of €200 with 20% commission rate and minimum commission at €50: €200 x 20% =
€40€50) - Tick the fixed rent option if you pay a monthly rent to the host instead of a scheme based on a commission rate. and put the amount. If you have subscribed to the payment system, this will affect the distribution of reservations
Property/licence information
- Add the property type
- Single Room ( Unit for 1 person.)
- Double Room (Unit for 2 people with Double/Queen/King bed.)
- Triple Room (Triple)
- Quadruple Room (Unit for 4 people)
- Family Room (Unit with "Family" in the unit name. It must have 2+ minimum guest number)
- Add the Booking.com room type name
- Add number of stars if the property is rated, otherwise choose no stars

Add the property's license type, if applicable
Primary The property is the owner main address Secondary The property is a secondary residence Other Anything not related to the first two categories (eg. a commercial property) - Add the city council license number, if applicable. In the case the property registration is mandatory in your area, the platforms will block the listings if this field is left blank
- Tick the option "License number is not required for this property" if the registration number is not required in the city where the property is located
- Select the property rental category
- Tick the option Can receive mid-term reservations if applicable
- Add the monthly long term rate (net value for owner) if the chosen rental category is mid or long term - this field does not impact property pricing
- Add the maximum number of short-term nights per year
- Add the number of days after which the reservation is considered a mid-term reservation (if you have selected a maximum number of shor-term nights, then you need to add a number in this field)
- Tick the owner is exempt if no maximum short-stay nights per year
Property setup
- Skip the airbnb account field if you want the listing to be published on a new Airbnb account. If you prefer it to be published on an already existing account, select it from the list
- Choose to Allow discount vouchers. Please note that if vouchers are disabled on the office level, this setting will be ignored
Main information
- Add size of the property in sq meters
- Add the number of guests
- Number of guests allowed that won't incur in extra fees on top of the daily price
- Maximum number of guests allowed is the total amount of guests the property can accommodate
- Add a Property comment if needed
- Add a Temporary comment if needed (it will be displayed in red on the property page)
- Add important information about the property (to be displayed in the check-in and cleaning agents' mission)
- Add documents to store on the property page
Contact
- Add contact of who you should contact in case of emergency
Insurance
- The insurance field is grayed out because it is currently not applicable
Security deposit
- Choose your Security deposit charging method
- Choose the Security deposit charging rule
- Choose the platforms to exclude deposits by filling in Platforms that cover the damage deposit field

- Choose whether the city tax is to be paid to the owner or property manager
- Add login for city tax

Arrival
The variables in the guest email templates will be filled in with the content added in this section.
Transportation
- Add the closest metro station (in English and local language) or tramway or bus station
- Add the parking exact address and access (in English and local language). Indicate the closest public parking if there is no private parking
Extra information
- Indicate on which floor the property is located
- Indicate the total number of floors in the building
- Indicate if a Badge key is present on the keyset, or not
- Indicate if a Building key is present on the keyset, or not
- Indicate which intercom to use if there is one
- Indicate how to identify the mailbox, by adding the name on the mailbox
- Indicate the code used to operate the lift
Private parking
- Choose "Yes" if there is free private parking at the property
- Choose "Yes" if there is a parking badge required to use the car park
Welcome basket
- Description of the welcome basket (in English and local language), describe what is offered for the arrival of the traveler. This will be integrated into a template (if applicable) in the middle of a sentence, do not use capital letter
Departure
The variables in the guest email templates will be filled in with the content added in this section

- Key deposit, (in English and local language), where the guest needs to leave the keys at departure. This information will be integrated in a template (if applicable) in the middle of a sentence, do not use capital letter

Self check-in
In this section you can set the property's check-in strategy. There are three possible options:
