Reservations parameters
Add Minimum advanced time (in hours), it's the minimum number of hours between making the reservation and the guest arrival date. For same-day reservations, add the minimum number of hours before midnight. If you accept reservations until 6:00 p.m., write 6 (24-6=18); if until 8:00 p.m., add 4 (24-4=20), etc. For next day bookings only, add 24 etc.
Set the available check-in window on the fields minimum and maximum arrival time.
In case of properties on self check-in, there's no need to fill in the second field. If you apply extra fees in case of late arrivals, add only the check-in window free of charge.Set the availble check-out window on the fields minimum and maximum check out time (synchronised with NextPax and Booking.com only)
Add the city tax amount per person, per night, if applicable. Platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com calculate this value autonomously, which will override the calculation made by RentalReady

The cleaning fees are composed of two fields:
Platform cleaning fee is the amount that guests will have to pay with their reservation
Charged cleaning fee to the owner is the amount that will be received by the property manager. For example, if both the platform cleaning fee and the invoiced cleaning fee are set to €100, the property manager will receive the full amount, that will be added to the owner invoice along with the property manager commission. If the invoiced cleaning fee is set to €0, no amount will be invoiced to the owner and the
Platform cleaning fees charged on the guest on platforms will be added to the owner net income

Click on the '+' icon to access the additional fields:
- The amount set in the cleaning with/without laundry fields will replace the calculation of the owner departure cleaning mission fee, if you prefer to apply a fixed fee (the amount is before VAT)
- Cleaning without laundry / Delivery price in case of cleaning mission with owner bedding at the owner return and only be linen delivery at the owner departure
- Cleaning without laundry / Cleaning with laundry price in case of cleaning mission with owner bedding at the owner return and property manager bedding at the owner departure
- Cleaning with laundry / Cleaning with laundry price in case of cleaning mission with property manager bedding at the owner return and property manager bedding at the owner departure
- Cleaning with laundry / Delivery price in case of cleaning mission with property manager bedding at the owner return and only linen delivery at the owner departure
- Cleaning with laundry / Cleaning without laundry in case of cleaning mission with property manager bedding at the owner return and without cleaning at the owner departure
- Cleaning with laundry / No cleaning price in case of cleaning mission with property manager bedding at the owner return and with cleaning mission without laundry at the owner departure (this should always be set to €0)
Airbnb parameters
Choose to display the exact location of the property to the guest before the reservation is taken by ticking
Select yes if you want to hide Airbnb pre-approvals to the guestcomm team and manage them by yourself - only for guestcomm offer subscribers
Add any relevant information in the pre-approval instructions field. This will be shown as an alert in the mailbox when opening the pre-approval request

Tick leave automatic review after reservation if you want RentalReady to manage the Airbnb host reviews autonomously
Select a Preparation time if you want to block 1 or 2 nights between each departure and arrival of a guest
Tick allow booking request past minimum advance time if you want guest to be able to send booking requests on Airbnb after the minimum advance time set on the property. This option only allows possibility to receive booking requests, you would still need to accept/decline
