On the property page, click on Edit

Go to Amenities

Add all the amenities available in the property.

They will be synchronized with the OTAs if you use full synchronization.

For limited sync listings, all changes will need to be applied to both RentalReady property and the OTAs extranets.

There are two ways to do this:

• Click on add amenity, type the name of the equipment or search for it in the drop-down menu and click on it, click on Save changes
• Click Add in batch, click on each equipment you want to add, click Save Changes

You can add additional information by clicking on update amenity:

• Insert pictures
• Add instructions in different languages 
• Indicate location of the amenity
• Indicate brand of the amenity
• Indicate model of the amenity

Amenities can be deleted at any time:

• Search for the amenity in the search bar in the center of the page or in the list
• Select the amenity, then click delete

N.B.: In the list of amenities there are also house rules, such as no smoking, children, long term rentals available, etc. Be sure to add them so that they appear on the reservation platforms.

If you have subscribed to the guestcommunication service: the information in the equipment form is extremely important for the team to reply to requests from guests and to help them quickly resolve any problem they may encounter during their stay.
