Property access
- Explain how to access to property (in English and local language). Explain step by step how to access property once you have reached the address (example: Enter the building by typing the code XXXX, go to building C at the end of the courtyard, 4th floor, first door on the left). This field is sent to Airbnb for confirmed reservations and is visible to agents assigned to a mission on this property
- Add Building code 1, if it exists, it is given to the different agents and in the templates if applicable
- Add Building code 2, if it exists, it is given to the different agents and in the templates if applicable
- Add the floor
- Add the total floors
- Indicate if there is a badge key
- Indicate if there is a building key
- Add the intercom instructions, if needed
- Add the name on the mailbox to easily identify it, if needed
- Add the code required for the lift
Key management
- Set the property's key strategy. It is imperative to set this field correctly if you are using one of the integrations, otherwise the codes won't be sent to guests
- Add a key set comment
- Add the number of key sets available for this property
- Indicate if there is an extra key for the guests which stays inside the property
