Edit a property - Amenities – Help Center

On the property page, click on Edit

Go to Amenities

N.B.: if you don't click on save at the end of the section, you will potentially lose all the filled in information when moving to the following tab. Before that, RentalReady will show you a reminder of the unsaved sections.

On this tab, you can configure property amenities that will appear on OTA listings and guest space.

They will be synchronized with the OTAs if you use full synchronization. For limited, all changes will need to be applied to both RentalReady property and the OTAs extranets.

For each amenity, you can see to which OTA it is synchronized with.

Add amenities

There are two ways to add amenities:

Click on Select amenities, click on each equipment you want to add in batch
Click Add single amenity, type the name of the equipment or search for it in the drop-down menu and click on it to add a single amenity

N.B.: In the list of amenities there are also house rules, such as smoking forbidden, children, long term rentals available, etc. Be sure to add them so that they appear on OTAs.

Amenities details

You can add additional information by clicking on the pen icon:

Add internal note (will be visible only for you, the guest will never see it)
Select if you want the amenities instructions to be displayed in guest space
Add instructions in different languages
Indicate location, brand, model of the amenity (one language only)
Insert media (image, video, pdf)

N.B.: If you have subscribed to the guest communication service: the equipment details are extremely important for the team to reply to requests from guests and to help them quickly resolve any problem they may encounter during their stay.

Manage amenities

Amenities can be managed in batch from the office settings: choose which ones are preselected, suggested or hightlighted.

Amenities can be deleted at any time, when editing it, click on remove

Manage metadata

Select metadata corresponding to the amenity, it will be displayed on OTAs.
