Platform synchronisation is the synchronisation between RentalReady and reservation platforms.
There are two platform synchronisation types:
| Full sync | RentalReady pushes and replaces all changes on RentalReady to reservation platform (e.g. photos, descriptions, amenities). |
| Partial sync | RentalReady does not push content to reservation platform. These changes will have to be applied on both RentalReady and the listing extranet. |
Whatever the type, RentalReady always push prices and availabilities to reservation platform, and receive reservations and messages.
You can choose the platform synchronisation type at reservation platform level and listing level when doing the platform onboarding.
Airbnb
Listings can only be connected in full sync, via the Airbnb official API.
