Fees
- Platform fee: 18% incl. VAT (applied to rental income and cleaning costs)
- Airbnb applies cancellation fees for owner cancellations
- Bookings can be made instantly or on request
Cancellation policy
Below are the possible cancellation conditions on the Airbnb platform:
- Flexible: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date
- Moderate: Guests are entitled to a full refund if they cancel up to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date
- Limited: Guests are entitled to a 50% refund if they cancel up to 14 and 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, no refund if they cancel 7 days or less before the arrival date
- Firm: Guests are entitled to a full refund if they cancel up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
