Fees
- Platform fee: 15% incl. VAT (applied to rental income and cleaning costs)
- No penalties for owners cancellation
- Instant reservations only
Cancellation policy
Below you will find the possible cancellation conditions on the Vrbo platform:
- Relaxed: 100% refund 14 days before check-in; 50% refund 7-14 days before check-in
- Moderate: 100% refund 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in
- Firm: 100% refund 60 days before check-in; 50% refund 30-60 days before check-in
- Strict: 100% refund 60 days before check-in; No refund after 60 days
- No refund: No refund allowed
Payments

Guest payments are not managed by platform. Hence, unpaid reservations are auto-cancelled by RentalReady. Payment reminder cadence by lead time to check-in:
- Within 2 days: reminder at 5 min, final warning at 2h, cancel at 4h
- Within 7 days: reminders at 5 min and 30 min, final warning at 10h, cancel at 12h
- Within 28 days: reminders at 5 min, 1h, 24h, final warning at 44h, cancel at 48h
- More than 28 days: reminders at 5 min, 1h, 24h, final warning at 48h, cancel at 72h
- Security deposit is not managed by platform: security deposit method set at property level is one applied
