Book.GuestReady reservation platform is managed by GuestReady entity.
The platform is fully integrated with RentalReady: property layout, photos, descriptions, cancellation policy, inquiries and inbox etc.
Conditions
- Platform fees: 15% all taxes included (applied on rental income and cleaning fees)
- No penalties for owners cancellation
- Instant reservations only
Payments
- Guest payments are not managed by platform
- Security deposit is not managed by platform: security deposit method set at property level is one applied

Platform reserves the right not to publish or remove listings that do not respect rental management standards (property rating below 4/5).

Properties published on Book.GuestReady reservation platform are:
- white labelled. This means that on each listing page, property manager managing the property is mentionned
- automatically published on Google Vacation ( can also be published if you have only your DBW )
