NextPax is a trusted channel manager, integrated to RentalReady to allow you list your properties on many reservations platforms.

Here is the list of currently tested reservation platforms with RentalReady:
- Agoda
- Blueground
- Expedia (only for multi-units)
- Holidu
- HomeToGo
- PlumGuide
- TravelStaytion
- Trip.com
For any other reservation platform, please note that the connection has not yet been tested, it is preferable to ask RentalReady support.
Fees
NextPax charges 2% of the GBV for bookings going through their channel.
Payments
- Guest payments are managed depending on the platform you publish your properties on
- Security deposit is managed depending on the platform you publish your properties on
Publication of properties
RentalReady team will create the NextPax account for you.
The publication of listings on reservations platforms connected to NextPax is conditional upon either subscribing to the RentalReady payment system or having your Stripe account connected to RentalReady, depending on the platform.
