On RentalReady, you can easily create a listing on your direct booking website generated by RentalReady, but also add any other listing URLs of any website where your property is published (your direct booking website, other OTAs not connected with RentalReady).
Create a listing
Only if you subscribed to the direct booking website service generated by RentalReady.
From the property page, click on Edit Property
Go to the Listings tab
In the section Active listings, click on Enable listing to create it on your direct booking website
Your listing is now online and connected!
N.B: if you have just created a listing for a property that is currently being onboarded, remember to activate the property on RentalReady to synchronize prices and availability.
Add another listing URL
To add a listing URL of any other reservation platform not connected to RentalReady, you can follow these steps below.
N.B. : Please do not add any URLs for platforms connected with RentalReady such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO etc.
From the property page, click on Edit Property
Go to the Listings tab
In the section Add new listing, fill the form:
- select the reservation platform (if the reservation platform you want to add a listing URL for is not in the list, please contact RentalReady support team to ask them adding it to the list)
- add the listing ID
- add the listing URL
- add a secondary ID, if necessary
Once the form completed, click on Add the listing to add it to the property
How to display these URLs
All URLs added from the property Listing tabs will be displayed on:
- Property page, in the Listings section
- Owner space, in the Property > Listings section
