Overview
Several listing errors may prevent RentalReady from synchronizing correctly with the reservation platform.
From the main menu, go to Portfolio > Properties > Listing synchronisation
You can refine your search using the filters at the top of the page.
In column ID, if there is a red tag "unfixed errors", an error is preventing synchronization.
Click on the corresponding button to display the error(s) list and fix it/them.
Once all errors have been corrected, click on Mark errors as fixed and on Make listing available.
Errors
You will find below the most common errors and how to resolve them according to their category.
Listing

| Emojis are not allowed | Emojis are not supported | Remove emojis from property description |
| Emojis | Emojis are not supported on Booking Hotel Name | Remove emojis from hotel name |
| Max characters on title | Headline is too long | Shorten the headline from property description (up to 50 characters only) |
| Words on capslock | Property name and/or headline is written all caps (eg.: NICE STUDIO) | Remove all caps on property name and/or headline from property desccription (eg.: Nice studio) |
| Wireless network | Wi-Fi name and password are missing | Add Wi-Fi name and password on property general tab |
| License number/ Registration/ Permit | License number is missing | Log on to the platform's extranet and add the registration number through the link mentionned in the error |
| Use Licenses API to update license details | Company name of the registration number holder | On Booking.com listing, under Property » Room Details » Edit , please add the information along side the license number |
| Number of guests | The number of min. or max. guests is not correct | Correct number of guests on property general tab and on the platform's extranet to make them match |
| Links and contact info | Links and contact can not be shared on platforms | Remove links and/or contact info mentionned in the error from property description |
| City Registration | The listing is located in a city that enforces hosting regulations | Log on to the platform's extranet and add registrations needed |
| Missing name | The listing default language headline has been removed | Add headline in property description default language |
| Repeated characters | The listing headline contains repeated characters next to each others (eg.: Niice studio) | Remove repeated characters on headline from property desccription (eg.: Nice studio) |

Photo
| Error | Cause | Solution |
| Photo required | You are trying to publish a listing that has no photos | Upload at least 1 photo in the property photos tab |
| Photo removed | Photos have been removed because of incorrect size/quality | Upload photos with correct size and quality on property photos |
Account
| Error | Cause | Solution |
| Account confirmation | Account is not verified by the host | Log on to the platform's extranet and verify the account through the link mentionned in the error. Or use the Activate your Account email from Airbnb again |
Conversation

| Send pre-approval | Pre-approval/inquiry is not available anymore | Mark error as fixed |
| Send message | Guest message could not be sent | Remove the content mentionned in the error which is not supported by the platform from your message (eg. links, contact info) |
Availability

| Availability | The property is not available for short term | Check type of residence, license number on property general tab and on platform's extranet to make them match |
| Listing suspended | The listing can't be published | Contact platform customer support |
Pricing
| Error | Cause | Solution |
| Default price too low | The property base price is low | Set the property base price to a value higher than or equal to $10 USD (or corresponding value in currencies other than USD). |
| Cleaning fees too low | The property cleaning fees are too low | Set the property cleanings fees to a value higher than or equal to $5 USD (or corresponding value in currencies other than USD). |
| Allow pets | You are trying to set a pet fee, but the listing does not allow pets | Allow pets on property platform tab or remove pet fees |
