If you haven't yet created an Airbnb account, you can create one with the help of this article: Create a new Airbnb account
Once your Airbnb account has been created and validated, make sure you follow the steps below.
Step 1. Connect RentalReady and Airbnb
If your Airbnb account is already connected to RentalReady, go to step 2.
Connect to the Airbnb account on which you wish to publish the listing.
Make sure the Airbnb page is open in the same window in which you are logged into your RentalReady account.
From the main menu, go to Properties > Platforms & listings
Click on Connect new listing
Select Airbnb and click on continue
Click on No, I want to connect a new account, select the offices that will be connected to the Airbnb account and click on continue.
Click on the red button connect with Airbnb
You will be redirected to a page on the Airbnb website, click on red button Allow to confirm the connection
The Airbnb account is connected to RentalReady!
Step 2. Create the Airbnb listing
From the main menu, go to Properties > Platforms & listings
Click on Connect new listing
Select Airbnb and click on continue
Click on Yes, the account is already connected
Select the RentalReady property by its ID (e.g. 75429) and the Airbnb account by the associated email address, then click continue
N.B.: If the email address does not appear in the drop-down menu, then the Airbnb account is not connected to RentalReady. Be sure to complete step 1.
Click on create a new listing, then click on Submit.
The new Airbnb listing is created on the Airbnb account!
Step 3. Check for errors
On RentalReady
From the main menu, go to Portfolio > Properties > Listing synchronisation
Search for the property you have just created the Airbnb listing
You can refine your search using the filters at the top of the page.
In the ID column, click on the button corresponding to the Airbnb platform.
Click on the Make listing available
If no error is notified by RentalReady, you can proceed to step 4.
If an error prevents the listing from being published, correct the error on RentalReady or Airbnb.

On Airbnb
From the Airbnb account, go to My listings
The listing you've just created appears first on the page after few minutes.
If no errors are reported by Airbnb, you can proceed to step 4.
If an error prevents the listing from being published, click on the Fix issues button and complete the requested information, then click on Publish listing.
Once all errors have been corrected, click on mark errors as fixed.
Step 4. Make listing available
From the main menu, go to Portfolio > Properties > Listing synchronisation
Search for the property you have just created the Airbnb listing
You can refine your search using the filters at the top of the page.
In the ID column, click on the button corresponding to the Airbnb platform.
Click on the Make listing available button to publish the listing.
Your listing is live and connected!
💡Tips
Remember to:
- verify the host's identity on the Airbnb account
- add the payout method to ensure proper receipt of payments
- set up city tax on the Airbnb listing
N.B.: if you have subscribed to RentalReady payment system, you must enter the bank details of the owner's Stripe account.
N.B.: if you've just connected a listing for a property you're currently onboarding, remember to activate the property on RentalReady to synchronize prices and availability.
