If you are still managing a property but wish to stop managing a listing on a specific platform, you can unpublish it. The property will still be active in RentalReady.
The process changes according to the platform.
Unlist an Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo listing
From the main menu, go to Portfolio > Properties > Listing synchronisation
Search for the property you wish to unpublish
You can refine your search using the filters at the top of the page.
Step 1
Hide listing
In the ID column, click on the button corresponding to the platform you wish to hide.
Click on Global actions > Make listing unavailable
The listing is no longer bookable on the platform.
Step 2
Delete association between RentalReady and the platform
In the ID column, click on the button corresponding to the platform you wish to hide.
Click on Global actions > Delete association
N.B.: Please note that all future reservations will still be confirmed and displayed on RentalReady but will no longer be synchronized. This means that :
- automatic messages can no longer be sent from RentalReady
- any cancellations or modifications to these reservations from the platform will not be imported into RentalReady.
Unlist a direct booking website listing
To unpublish a listing from your direct booking website, from the property page, click on Edit Property.
Go to the Listings tab and click on Disable listing
A window will open, click on Yes, disconnect to confirm the action
Unlist a Book.GuestReady listing
To unpublish a listing from your direct booking website, from the property page, click on Edit Property.
