If you want to create an Airbnb account, be sure to follow the steps below.
Step 1. Create your Airbnb account on RentalReady
From the main menu, go to Properties > Properties
Click on Create New > Create an Airbnb account
- Enter the password for the Airbnb account. It must contain letters, a number and at least 7 characters
- Enter the first name of the Airbnb profile. This is the name of the property owner who will be connected to the Airbnb account
- Select the branch from the drop-down menu. This is the country in which the property that will be connected to the Airbnb account is located
- Ignore the referral link option
- Select the property manager
- Enter the beginning of the redirection email address that will be created for the Airbnb account. We recommend entering the first and last name of the property owner who will be connected to the Airbnb account. You can then modify the entire email address from the property details page.
N.B: if you're creating a group account, add your information instead of the owner's.
Once you have completed the form, click on submit to confirm the creation of your login details.
Step 2. Assign Airbnb account details to the RentalReady property
From the property details page, click on Edit Property
Go to the General tab, then the General section
In the Airbnb Account field, select from the drop-down list the email address that corresponds to the Airbnb account details you created in step 1.
Once the account has been selected, click on save at the bottom of the section to confirm the selection.
Step 3. Create a new Airbnb account
Click on the link: https://airbnb-ready.rentalready.io/airbnb/create/
- Enter the email address you selected in step 2
- Enter the owner's first name, last name and date of birth
- In the verification field, copy and paste this code: UTsFr3wDXEXmte8FTR38FPFDldBxac
N.B.: if you're creating a group account, add your information instead of the owner's.
Once you have completed the form, click on create to create your Airbnb account.
Step 4. Validate your Airbnb account
Once the account has been created, Airbnb will send you an activation confirmation email, which you must validate.
If you used the redirection email address generated by RentalReady (e.g. @rentalready.tech) to create the Airbnb account, check the inbox to find the email received from Airbnb and click on the link in the email.
The inbox for this email address can be accessed at https://mail.ovh.net/roundcube/
The login details are the same as those you created in steps 1.
You can find them on the property page, in the Owner information section.
N.B.: If you used another email address, check your inbox to find the email you received from Airbnb and click on the link in the email.
By clicking on the confirmation link, you will be redirected to a page on the Airbnb website.
Make sure that the Airbnb page is open in the same window in which you are logged in to your RentalReady account.
Complete the information requested by Airbnb: add your password (the same one you entered in step 1), a profile photo, your phone number, etc.
💡 Tips
Remember to:
- Verify the identity of the host on the Airbnb account
- add payout method to ensure proper receipt of payments
N.B.: if you have subscribed to RentalReady payment system, you must enter the bank details of the owner's Stripe account.
Before creating any listing, make sure a Profie Picture is added.
You have created the new Airbnb account and connected it to RentalReady!
You can now create an Airbnb listing on this account.
