If you don't yet have a NextPax account, or if it's not yet connected to RentalReady, you can do so with the help of this article: Creating a NextPax account
Once your NextPax account and the account for each booking platform on which you want to publish are created and connected, make sure you follow the steps below.
Step 1. Create NextPax listing
From the main menu, go to Portfolio > Properties
Click on Connect new listing
Select Other platforms
Select your NextPax account and click on Continue
Select the RentalReady property by its ID (e.g. 75429)
Select the platform you want to create a listing on. You can select multiple platforms at once.
N.B.: if the reservation platform does not appear in the drop-down menu, it means a listing for this property is already created and connected to RentalReady. If after checking, it's not the case, please contact RentalReady support.
Click on Create a new listing
Select the type of synchronization and click on submit to create the listing.
The new listing is created on the reservation platform!
Step 2. Check for errors
From the main menu, go to Portfolio > Properties > Listing synchronisation
Search for the property for which you have just created the listing
You can refine your search using the filters at the top of the page.
In the ID column, click on the platform button.
If no error is notified by RentalReady, you can proceed to step 3.
If an error prevents the listing from being published, correct the error on the platform.
Once all errors have been corrected, click on mark errors as fixed.
Step 3. Put listing live
From the main menu, go to Portfolio > Properties > Listing synchronisation
Search for the property for which you have just created the listing.
You can refine your search using the filters at the top of the page.
In the ID column, click on the button corresponding to the platform.
Click on the Make listing available button to publish the listing.
Your listing is online and being created. It will be online within few days or few weeks (according to reservation platform conditions).
N.B.: if you have just created a listing for a property that is currently being onboarded, remember to activate the property on RentalReady to synchronize prices and availability.
💡Tips
For reservation platforms that manage guest payments, remember to:
- add the payout method to ensure proper receipt of payments. N.B.: if you have subscribed to RentalReady payment system, you must enter the bank details of the owner's Stripe account.
