Create a NextPax account

If you wish to create a NextPax account in order to be able to publish your properties on additional reservation platforms, make sure to follow the following steps. 

 

Step 1. Inform RentalReady 

Contact RentalReady support to inform them that you wish to create a NextPax account. You will have to provide them with: 

  • Your Terms and Conditions
  • The URL of your logo and your favicon
  • the payment methods that you accept: credit card brands, cash, bank transfer etc (only if your Stripe account is connected to RentalReady)
  • the currencies that you accept: USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SAR (only if your Stripe account is connected to RentalReady)
  • the billing information: First name, last name, phone number and email address of the person to contact (information transmitted to NextPax to contact you) 

 

Step 2. Sign the contract with NextPax 

Once RentalReady confirms the creation of the account, you will receive an email from NextPax. 

Make sure to sign the contract they have sent you. 

Once signed, please make sure to send your NEXTPAX ID to RentalReady. This code is visible at the top right of the account, to the left of the language, usually in the format: SAGSR000000

 

Step 3. Create platforms accounts

Make sure to create an account for each reservation platform on which you wish to create a listing.

 

Tested reservation platforms

Here is the list of currently tested reservation platforms and how to create and connect accounts: 

  • Agoda
  • HomeToGo
  • Holidu 
    • Sign up through the following link: https://partner.holidu.com/auth/signup
    • Select ‘I want to connect Holidu via a channel manager’
    • Select NextPax as the channel manager
    • Once the account is created please send the The Holidu identifier (ENUM) to RentalReady, usually in the format NEXTPAX-YOURNAME
  • TravelStaytion
  • Expedia (only for group of properties)
    • If you want to take over an existing account, please provide the Hotel ID and Room ID to RentalReady 
  • Blueground
    • Target markets:
      • North America: Austin, Boston,  Chicago,  Dallas,  Denver,  Los Angeles, Mexico City,  Miami,  Nashville, New York,  Metro Area Portland, Metro Area San Diego, San Francisco Bay Area,  Seattle Washington D.C. Metro Area
      • Europe: Athens, Barcelona, Basel, Berlin, Istanbul, Lisbon, London, Luxembourg, Madrid, Malaga, Paris, Vienna, Zurich Area
      • Middle East: Dubai
      • Asia: Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo
  • Plumguide
    • Accepted areas:
      • UK: London, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Edinburgh
      • France: Paris, French Riviera
      • Italy: Rome, Florence, Milan, Como, Tuscany Region, Puglia, Umbria, Sicily, Amalfi Coast
      • USA: Los Angeles Area

For any other reservation platform, please note that the connection has not yet been tested, it is preferable to ask RentalReady support. 

 

N.B.: Remember to set up the markups for these platforms 

 

You have created your NextPax account and your platform accounts! 

You can now create a new listing on this account.
