Overview
The guest space is an interface dedicated to guests who book on your properties (all reservation platforms).
They can access the guest space for a specific reservation, or create an account and view all their reservations (cancelled, past, ongoing, future).

The guest space contains several tabs displaying different information depending on the reservation status.
Reservation
This tab displays :
- the guest arrival (date and time). If necessary, an alert to fill in any missing details
- security deposit request (if set on property)
Property
This tab displays :
- Wi-Fi name and password
- access to the property
- access to parking and transport
- departure details
- equipment and instructions (if set on the property)
- house rules
N.B.: Equipment instructions, Wi-Fi connection instructions and access to the property are available only for current or imminent reservations (those starting within 2 days). Provided that the reservation and security deposit (if required) have been paid, city tax paid (if applicable), and the guest identity verified (if required).
Extra
This tab displays :
- all proposed extras (if set in Upsells)
- city guide (if set on office)
Rate the stay
Once a reservation has been made, a button for rating the stay is displayed in the guest space.
Once the rating form has been completed, the review and rating will be visible :
- on the property listing on your RentalReady direct booking website, Vrbo and Book.GuestReady
- on the pages dedicated to ratings and reviews (in the same way as those left by guests on traditional reservations platforms)
Activate the guest space
Contact RentalReady support to activate the guest space.
You will need to provide them with :
- the offices for which you wish to activate the guest space
- all the parameters you wish to set for the guest space

Legal
From this tab, you can configure legal requirements:
- Add your terms and conditions
- Add you privacy policy
These texts will be displayed to guests when they are finalizing their reservation.

Design
You have the possibility to change the color and typeface of your guest space. If you would like to make these changes, please contact RentalReady support with the color code and typeface name you require from this list. If you would like a different typeface, please also attach the Font or CDN document.
