In case you come across any issues during or after a guest' stay, you can blacklist the guest in order to leave a trace in the system.
In the reservation page, click on Actions > Blacklist guest
Fill in the form, then click on blacklist the guest of this reservation. You can select one or multiple options in the reasons section.
Once confirmed, a warning in red with the blacklist info will be shown in the reservation page.
To find the list of all your blacklisted guests, in the main menu click on Reservations> Blacklist
N.B.: by blacklisting the guest, you are not reporting them to the local authorities, neither to the reservation platform. The guest info will be stored in RentalReady so that, in case the guest makes a new reservation, you will receive a notification.
