When your guest space is activated, you can offer affiliate links options to your guests. This feature is available for all guest spaces (with or without direct booking website by RentalReady).
These options are displayed on the guest space in the form of buttons redirecting to websites offering upselling. For example: activities and excursions, luggage storage, transfers, etc.
You'll find all your affiliate links in the main menu, in Reservations > Upselling then on the tab Affiliate links
You can refine your search by using the filters at the top of the page.
Create an option
From the main menu, go to Reservations > Upselling then on the tab Affiliate links
Click on Add a new option
General
Fill in the form:
- Select offices
- Select the category
- Add the URL that redirects to the website
- Add a promo code, if applicable
- Choose the default icon or add a custom picture. One or the other will be used to display the button in the guest space.

Description
Add the headline and comment corresponding to the affiliate link for each language used on your guest space.
Once the form has been completed, click on save to add the link.
Modifying an option
From the main menu, go to Reservations > Upselling then on the tab Affiliate links
In the Actions column, click on ... > Edit
Delete an option
From the main menu, go to Reservations > Upselling then on the tab Affiliate links
In the Actions column, click on ... > Delete
Promote an option
You can promote several affiliate links in the guest space.
From the main menu, go to Reservations > Upselling then on the tab Affiliate links
Then to Promoted affiliate links
Click on Promote
Fill in the form:
- Select the office for which you wish to promote links
- Select the options you wish to promote (maximum 3)
Once you have selected your options, click on save to display them in the guest space.
You can modify them at any time by unchecking one of the options and checking another if necessary.
