If you want to connect a RentalReady property to an existing Booking.com listing, proceed to the steps below.
💡 Tips
Before connecting it, it's better that existing listing is displayed in your Booking.com partner group account.
In order to do that, you must ask Booking.com to transfer existing listing to your group account.
From the Booking.com account extranet where the listing is published, go on the property page, then Inbox > Booking.com messages
After replacing underligned details, send this message:
"Hello
We need to transfer this listing to another account, partner card your Booking.com partner group account name (Legal Entity ID your Booking.com partner group account legal entity ID).
For information, ID of one listing already published on this partner card is listing ID already published on your Booking.com partner group account.
Here are new owner details:
Name: your company name
E-mail address : your email address
Contact number: your phone number
Management starting date: the day after the day you send the message
Thanks in advance"
Once existing listing is displayed in your Booking.com partner group account, or if you don't want it to be transfered, go to step 1.
Step 1. Disconnect previous Channel Manager
Login the Booking.com account where the listing is published.
From the listing page, go to Account > Connectivity provider
If no Channel Manager is connected, go to step 2.
If a Channel Manager is connected, click on Disconnect
Once form completed, click on Disconnect to confirm disconnection with previous Channel Manager.
Step 2. Connect RentalReady and Booking.com
On Booking.com
From the Booking.com listing page you want to connect click on Calendar & pricing > Rate plans
Check that there is only one rate plan.
If there are several rates plans, delete them to only leave one.
N.B.: You will be able to create your rate plans again from RentalReady after the existing listing has been connected.
Go to Account > Connectivity Provider > Search
Search for the RentalReady channel manager and click on Connect
Proceed to next step only once the connection has been manually activated by the RentalReady team.
You'll receive the connection confirmation within a message from Booking.com in your listing inbox.
You can also view the connection confirmation by returning to the Account > Connectivity Provider page.
On RentalReady
From the main menu, go to Properties
Click on Connect new listing
Select Booking.com and click Continue
Select the RentalReady property by its ID (e.g. 75429) and the account booking-prod-pms@guestready.com, then click on continue
Select the type of synchronization
Click on I want to map a Property with an Existing Room on Booking.com
N.B.: you must have previously filled in the Hotel Name Displayed in Booking.com field on your property when editing in the general tab. Otherwise you'll get an error message.
Add the room ID. You'll find it in your Booking.com account, on the listing page, in Properties > Property layout (e.g: 1120152901)
Select the Payment Type:
- Payment by Booking - You still need to change directly on the Booking.com ( This won´t set up automatically on the listing)
- Credit Card - If selected, this option can´t be change to Payment by Booking.com afterwards
Click on Submit to connect the listing
Your listing is connected!
Step 3. Check for errors
From the main menu, go to Properties > Platforms & listings > Listing synchronisation
Search for the property you just have created the Booking.com listing
You can refine your search using the filters on the top of the page.
In the ID column, click on the button corresponding to the Booking.com platform.
If no error is notified by RentalReady, you can proceed to step 4.
If an error prevents the listing from being published, correct the error.
Once all errors have been corrected, click on mark errors as fixed.

Step 4. Make the listing live
From the main menu, go to Properties > Platforms & listings > Listing synchronisation
Search for the property you just have created the Booking.com listing
You can refine your search using the filters on the top of the page.
In the ID column, click on the button corresponding to the Booking.com platform
Click on the "Make listing available" button to publish the listing.
Your listing is live and connected!
If the listing status stays as New, you must delete association and re-do the synchronisation from RentalReady (Step 2).
N.B.: The property must be activated on RentalReady and its calendar must be open for the listing to go live on Booking.com. Even if your property is "Open/Bookable" on your Booking.com extranet, if the calendar is closed, the listing link will not work.
💡Tips
Remember to:
- complete the KYP form on the Booking.com extranet
- add the payment method to make sure you'll receive payouts correctly
- add the security deposit method
- set up city tax
N.B.: if you subscribed to the RentalReady payment system, you must activate the payment by Booking.com service and then fill in the bank details of the owner's Stripe account
N.B.: if you've just connected a listing for a property you're currently onboarding, remember to activate the property on RentalReady to synchronize prices and availability.
