If your RentalReady property already has an Booking.com listing, but for any reason, you want to re-create the listing, make sure you follow the steps below.
N.B.: Please note that all future reservations taken on current listing will still be confirmed and displayed on RentalReady but will no longer be synchronized. This means that :
- guest communication can no longer be done from RentalReady (automatic guest notifications, pre-saved replies and manual messages)
- any cancellation or modification to these reservations from the platform will not be imported into RentalReady
Step 1. Unlist the current listing
From the main menu, go to Properties > Platforms & listings > Listing synchronisation
Search for the property you wish to create a new Booking.com listing
You can refine your search using the filters at the top of the page.
Hide listing
In the ID column, click on the button corresponding to Booking.com
Click on Global actions > Make listing unavailable
The current Booking.com listing is no longer bookable.
Delete association between RentalReady and Booking.com
In the ID column, click on the button corresponding to Booking.com
Click on Global actions > Delete association
The current Booking.com listing is no longer connected to RentalReady.
Delete Booking.com listing
In order to prevent Booking.com from detecting the new listing as a duplicate and blocking it, it is better to delete the current listing. You must go to the Booking.com extranet to do so (How can I remove a property or end my partnership with Booking.co | Booking.com for Partners).
N.B.: you can't delete a listing by yourself, you must request deletion to Booking.com and wait for their confirmation.
Step 2. Connect RentalReady and Booking.com
From the main menu, go to Properties > Platforms & listings > Platform Onboarding
Click on Connect new listing
Select Booking.com and click Continue
Select the RentalReady property by its ID (e.g. 75429) and the account booking-prod-pms@guestready.com, then click on continue
Select the type of synchronization
Click on I want to create a new Booking.com Hotel
N.B.: you must have previously filled in the Hotel Name Displayed in Booking.com field on your property when editing in the general tab. Otherwise you'll get an error message.
Add the legal Entity ID.
You'll be able to find the legal entity ID on your Booking.com account.
Go on one of your listings, click on the name of your property (next to the Booking.com logo)
Your legal Entity ID is at the end of list of your listings.
Select the Payment Type:
- Payment by Booking - You still need to change directly on the Booking.com ( This won´t set up automatically on the listing)
- Credit Card - If selected, this option can´t be change to Payment by Booking.com afterwards
Click on Submit to create the listing
N.B.: Once created, the listing will appear on your Booking.com account within 5 minutes.
Step 3. Check for errors
From the main menu, go to Properties > Platforms & listings > Listing synchronisation
Search for the property you just have created the Booking.com listing
You can refine your search using the filters on the top of the page.
In the ID column, click on the button corresponding to the Booking.com platform.
If no error is notified by RentalReady, you can proceed to step 4.
If an error prevents the listing from being published, correct the error.
Once all errors have been corrected, click on mark errors as fixed.

Step 4. Make the listing live
From the main menu, go to Properties > Platforms & listings > Listing synchronisation
Search for the property you just have created the Booking.com listing
You can refine your search using the filters on the top of the page.
In the ID column, click on the button corresponding to the Booking.com platform
Click on the "Make listing available" button to publish the listing.
Your listing is live and connected!
N.B.: The property must be activated on RentalReady and its calendar must be open for the listing to go live on Booking.com. Even if your property is "Open/Bookable" on your Booking.com extranet, if the calendar is closed, the listing link will not work.
💡Tips
Remember to:
- complete the KYP form on the Booking.com extranet
- add the payment method to make sure you'll receive payouts correctly
- add the security deposit method
- add the city tax
N.B.: if you subscribed to the RentalReady payment system, you must activate the payment by Booking.com service and then fill in the bank details of the owner's Stripe account
