The property score was set up by RentalReady to help you monitor the quality of the property, obtain more bookings and increase the occupancy rate. It corresponds to an average of the equipments in the property.
The property score is calculated based on a list of amenities that RentalReady has defined as critical and suggested.
If the property has all critical amenities and all suggested amenities, both scores will be 100%.

You can find the score of your properties from the main menu, in Portfolio > Properties > Property Audit
Results can be refined by applying the filters on top of the page.
You can see for each property:
