Premium class allows you to differentiate and filter your properties.
Premium class must be manually adjusted on each property.
Premium class set up
From property page, go to Options > Adjust premium class
Select the class
You can choose from 5 class categories:
- Diamond
- Gold
- Silver
- Bronze
- Classic
Edit the check-in price if needed.
Click on submit to save your changes.
Color code
A color code is applied to the badge that appears on top of property page to indicate the different premium class:

| Gold | Yellow |
| Silver | Grey |
| Bronze | Brown |
| Classic | White |
N.B.: by default, any new property created in RentalReady is assigned to classic class
Filter properties
Once your properties are set up, you can filter your properties according to the classes on almost all pages in RentalReady:
- inline calendar
- properties page
- reservations page
The premium class assigned to properties will be highlighted on:
Check-in missions for these properties will appear first on agent space assigned to them.
