The rating displayed on the property page is the average of all reviews left by guests.
RentalReady calculates this average based on all reviews received on the property since its activation. Guests reviews are imported from the reservation platforms or the RentalReady form. They are grouped from the main menu, in Quality > Guest reviews
Color code
A color code is applied to the star that appears next to the rating to indicate the different rate levels:

| 4+ | Yellow |
| 3,9 and less | Red |
| No rating | White |
N.B: property rates are displayed out of 5. If the rating received on a booking platform is out of 10, it will automatically be halved to correspond to a rating out of 5.
