Quality warning on property page allows you to identify properties whose quality is below your standards.
Quality warning must be manually adjusted on each property.
Quality warning setup
From the page of property, click on Options > Adjust property warning
Select quality warning level
There are 4 gradual levels:
- No warning: the property meets qaulity standards
- First warning: the property does not meet quality standards. Owner was informed of needed improvements
- Second warning: owner did no improvements yet. Owner was contacted again
- Final warning: the property will be soon deactivated as owner did no improvements despite multiple messages
N.B: No automation is provided by RentalReady, you must contact the owner on your own, if applicable.
Color code
A color code is applied to the badge that appears on top of property page to indicate the different quality warning levels:

| First warning | Yellow |
| Second warning | Orange |
| Final warning | Wine red |
N.B: If the property does not have a quality warning, no badge is displayed and no color is associated.
