The property audit, thanks to artificial intelligence, allows you to summarize in just a few minutes all the reviews (public and private) left by guests on a property.
In reviews left by guests, the property audit focuses on:
- maintenance issues to be solved
- cleaning issues reported by guests
- suggested improvements for the owner
- the accuracy of the listing information
Generate a property audit
For one property
From the property page click on Actions > Generate a property audit
Fill in the form :
- Select the rating you wish to include in the property audit
- Select the period on which you want the property audit to be based. The start date may not be more than 6 months prior to the date on which you generate the property audit
Once the form completed, click on generate to generate the property audit.
For several properties
From the main menu, go to Portfolio > Properties
Go on Property Audit tab
Check the box in the first column for each property line you wish to generate an audit
Click on Generate a property audit
Manage property audits
Once the property audit has been generated, you can find it on the property page, by going to the Major events tab.
On the line Your property audit is ready, click on the property audit link
All summarized information are classified under several categories.
