Automated messages are automatically sent to guests by RentalReady based on triggers.
They are set at the office level and are enabled by default on all properties within the office for all future reservations.
You can always deactivate them or send them manually for specific reservations.
Disable automated messages
From reservation page
From reservation page, go to guest and communication section
Select the message you want to deactivate within the drop-down menu
Click on the button disable to deactivate the automation
From mailbox
From Menu > Automation
Un-tick the message you want to deactivate
N.B: Once message is disabled, it will not be sent automatically by RentalReady. You will have to enable it again or send it manually.
Send manually a message
From reservation page
From reservation page, go to guest and communication section
Select the message you want to send within the drop-down menu
Click on the button send to send the message
From mailbox
From Menu > Automation
Tick the message to activate it again
Or click on send button to send the message
