Mission dashboards are used to manage daily operations according to their type.
Dashboard types
Check-in dashboard
From the main menu, go to Missions > Check-in dashboard
In this dashboard you'll find all check-in missions, the reservation ID, the mission ID, the agent assigned to the mission (UserAgent if it's a self check-in), the arrival and departure times, the number of guests, the comments and the check-in checklists.
Check-out dashboard
From the main menu, go to Missions > Check-out dashboard
In this dashboard you'll find all check-out missions, the reservation ID, the mission ID, the agent assigned to the mission, the guest departure time, the next arrival time, the comments and the mission checklists.
Cleaning dashboard
From the main menu, go to Missions > Cleaning dashboard
In this dashboard you'll find all cleaning missions, the reservation ID, the mission ID, the agent assigned to the mission, the guest departure time, the next arrival date and time, the start time and duration of the cleaning mission, the comments and the mission checklists.
Extra dashboard
From the main menu, go to Missions > Extra dashboard
In this dashboard you'll find all extra missions, the mission ID, the agent assigned to the mission, the start time and duration of the mission, mission sub-type, priority level, the comments and the mission checklists.

Dashboards can be accessed via the main menu, Missions > Mission Dashboard
Navigate on mission types
In the top left-hand corner, you can switch from one dashboard to another by clicking on the mission type and selecting the mission dashboard from the drop-down menu.
Navigate on dates
When you open the dashboard, the default date displayed is the current day.
You can navigate between past and future dates by using the arrows next to the date, or by clicking on it to open the calendar window.
Set dashboard display
On each dashboard, you can choose data you want to display and the order.
Click on the settings icon in the top right-hand corner of the page:
- Select offices, assignee group, assignee, tags
- Add columns
- Remove columns
- Change the order

You'll find further options in the top right-hand corner, such as :
- Export list to .xls file
- Print mission summary (cleaning only)
- Filter results by office
