Overview
The weekly view regroups all the types of missions - cleaning, check-in, check-out, extra - in a single weekly calendar-like dashboard.
In the main menu, click on Missions > Weekly mission view
Each mission is shown as a tab under the day of the week it has been scheduled to. This view helps you visualising your team weekly workload.
Click on the mission tab to view the mission info in the column on the right.
Results can be refined by applying the filters on top of the page.
Legend
Each mission tab is composed of the following elements:

Colour codes | |
| Green | An agent has been assigned to the mission |
| Light green | Self check-in mission, no need to assign an agent |
| Red | No agent has been assigned to the mission yet |
| Gray | The mission ended but the checklist hasn't been submitted yet |
| Black | The agent has submitted the checklist |
| White | The checklist has been examined by a staff user |

The orange dot is only shown on the check-in missions and alerts the user that their attention is needed for one of the following reasons:
- Guest ID hasn't been submitted/verified
- Security deposit hasn't been paid
- City tax hasn't been paid
- Guest registration hasn't been filled/submitted
Click on the mission tab to open the missions info column on the right and obtain more info about these issues.
Additional features
Apart resolving the issues highlighted by the orange dot, in the column on the right you can also:
- Assign or unassign agents
- Add internal or external comments to the mission summary
- Check ticket details - if the mission is linked to a ticket
- Check reservations details
- Go to reservations or edit it, go to mailbox
