Mission incidents are problems encountered by agents during their mission that they can report from their RentalReady space.
Report an incident
From the RentalReady agent space, the agent must click on the button report a problem on the mission concerned.
They must complete the form:
- Select the category
- Upload photo(s) or video(s)
- Add a comment
Once the form has been completed, the agent must click on submit to report the incident.
Manage incidents
Once reported, a mission incident is displayed in the mission incident dashboard.
To access it, from the main menu click on HomeReady > Incidents Tab
Details
Click on the mission incident ID in the left-hand column to view its details.
Status
Here are the different statuses of mission incidents:
- New
- Ignored
- Closed
- Ticket created
Actions
You can decide how to follow up the mission incident:
- Ignore the incident
- Close the incident
- Open a ticket : a ticket will be created on HomeReady to to follow up the resolution
- Archive the incident
